The Westfield Area Y is pleased to announce a new Running BootCamp program for adults at any ability level that will help them find their stride and get 5K running-ready for the fall season.

This six-week Running BootCamp is instructed by Justin Van Dyk, a USATF Level 2 Certified Coach, High School Cross Country and Track Coach who is an expert in distance running. This program is for novices, experts and anyone in between.  Everyone who participates will benefit from training, expert advice and be motivated to reach their goals.

The program will be offered on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 6:45 am to 7:45 am and runs from July 27th - September 4th and will be held outdoors at Kehler Stadium, across from Edison Intermediate School in Westfield.  Registration can be done online for members at or at the Welcome Center at the Main Y facility for non-members.
