GARWOOD, NJ – Although it only lasted for two hours on Sunday, “Garwood Rocks” drew a happy crowd of music, food and fair lovers for a rainy stroll down Center Street. 

With severe weather expected through the afternoon, event organizers chose to end the rock concert, street fair and car show at noon.
