Get in Shape For Women is located at 327 South Ave in Westfield – across from the train station with free parking in the back!

This unique exercise center offers small group personal training, for women only. A personal trainer works with one to four women, in a private, state of the art studio for as little as $19 per session. Get In Shape For Women has a “share a trainer, share the cost" motto. Each session consists of 30 minutes of weight training, kettle bell training and TRX training, 25 minutes of INTERVAL cardio training, along with nutritional coaching, allowing for a complete balanced fitness program, which promises amazing results with no gimmick, tricks or fads – just healthy training and smart eating.

Four key elements are comprised in order to ensure this concept is successful. Weight training plays a vital role in body transformation, injury prevention and overall health and well being. Weight training also increases feminine muscle tone, which increases resting metabolism, it increases bone density, which reduces the risk of osteoporosis and increases your strength, which will decrease your risk of injury. Secondly, Interval cardio exercises increase your heart rate, which burn calories and body fat. This high intensity interval training (HIIT) also increases your good cholesterol, decreases your resting heart rate and will lower blood pressure. The third element is nutrition. A customized 6 small meals a day nutrition program will be developed for each client individually, followed by accountability.

Each client is held accountable by someone other than themselves, in order to maintain the consistency required to transform. At Get In Shape For Women, we will hold you accountable to our system of weight training, cardio and nutrition. We will first help you set an achievable goal, and then hold you accountable for reaching it. We will check your weight and body fat every 2 weeks to make sure you are on track to reach your goal.

Rob Maistickle, owner of both Get In Shape For Women in Westfield and Warren, has always had a passion for fitness. “We specialize in small group training; we are not a volume-based business. We work very closely with our clients. We educate them, offer one on one nutrition consultations, offer them meal plans and meet with them frequently to make sure they are on track, based on the individual’s goals. We are much customized and are very personal. If our clients are not successful, then we are not successful. It’s about body transformation and about results and realistic goals. We help you get there. We offer a program everyone can benefit from”.

Clients aged fourteen through senior citizens are welcome. Get In Shape For Women is open from 6 am – 12 pm and 4 pm to 8 pm – Monday through Friday and 8 am  - 12 pm on Saturdays, with flexible hours for walk-in’s and consultations.
