WESTFIELD, NJ — Christine Cosenza, local State Farm insurance agent, recently gave away roadside emergency kits that include jumper cables and other emergency equipment to sophomores participating in Westfield High School’s Share the Keys program, an orientation for parents and teens designed to reduce teen driver crash risk. The program ensures that parents and teens understand the New Jersey Graduated Driver licensing (GDL) laws.
It was the fourth year that Cosenza has supported the program by donating kits to Westfield’s youngest drivers.
“I am happy to participate in the Share the Keys program each year,” she said, “because its goal is better prepare our new drivers to get behind the wheel safely from day one.”
