WESTFIELD, NJ — The Salad House held a ribbon-cutting ceremony this weekend at its new Westfield location, 113 Quimby St., with Mayor Andy Skibitsky, members of the Greater Westfield Area Chamber of Commerce and the Downtown Westfield Corporation.
“I love preparing great food for people,” said Chaz Eicke, who owns the shop with his brother, Jerry Eicke.
