Union County Freeholder Chairman Bruce H. Bergen and the Freeholder Board welcomed Dr. Mohammad Ali Chaudry of the New Jersey Interfaith Coalition to share the "Stand Up for the Other" pledge during the Freeholders meeting in Elizabeth. The pledge to “Stand Up for the Other” calls on everyone to challenge bigotry in any form. Union County is the first county government in New Jersey to take the "Stand Up for the Other" pledge.
