It’s that time of year again when millions of Americans are thinking of making New Year’s Resolutions. The question is…will they keep them? Studies reveal that only 10% of Americans keep their resolutions for an entire year. You can change that statistic!
You can become more active. The hardest thing to do is to get started. Once started, make sure you don’t do too much too soon. Progress should be at a constant but comfortable pace.
To help you start your 2016 healthy living resolution, the Westfield Area Y will be open on New Year’s Day from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. The first 500 members and guests will receive a gift. It is a free guest day so bring a friend. A free TRX class will be offered at Noon (limited to 12 participants).
The Joiner’s Fee is waived for those who join the Y on New Year’s Day. For those who are interested in personal training, receive 25 percent off any personal training session package (limit one per person, not valid with Intro Special, sessions expire March 31, 2016). For more information, please call the Welcome Center at 908-233-2700.
