The Westfield Area Y Winter Session runs January 6th – March 2, 2013. Registration is going on now.  Members can register online.  Open registration for program and new members begins on Monday, December 17th at 7:30 am.  The Y continues to offer exciting programs for a healthier you.  New programs this session include:   Cancer Exercise Program, Field Hockey, Swimmers Dryland Training, Teen Water Running, Track Off-Season Conditioning, Teen Zumba and Track Conditioning.     

“It’s Everybody’s Birthday Party” is being held on Saturday, December 29th from 4:00-6:00 pm at the Main Y facility.  Families with children 10 and under can enjoy obstacle course and moon bounce inflatables, tattooing, crafts and swimming in the Rooke Pool.  Snacks and drinks are included in the $20/family fee.  Proceeds will benefit the Y’s Strong Kid’s Campaign.  Raffle tickets for a basket will also be available to purchase.

A Sports Open House is being held on Sunday, January 6, 2013 from 11:30 am – 1:30 pm.  Make it a family playdate to explore and play! Climbing wall, class samplers, giveaways and more! This event is FREE and open to the community.

The Y cares about your wellness and wants to help make it easy for you to live a healthier lifestyle in 2013.  In an effort to keep families engaged and active, the Y will be open from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm on New Year’s Day.  The first 500 visitors receive a free gift.  It is a free guest day so bring a friend.  There will be free TRX classes at Noon and 1:00 pm (each session is limited to 12 participants) and 25% off Personal Training Session Packages (limit of one/person).  Offer valid on 1/1/13 only and sessions will expire on March 31, 2013.
