SCOTCH PLAINS, NJ — The Greater Westfield Area Chamber of Commerce presented the Trinitas Regional Medical Center Health and Wellness Expo at Snuffy's in Scotch Plains Sunday.

Hundreds of visitors met exhibitors from a variety of health modalities and medical practices, including chiropractic, acupuncture, rehab therapy, nutrition, exercise, meditation, personal training, urgent care, a natural pharmacy and more.

This inaugural expo event also featured demonstrations and speakers, including keynote speaker Dr. Ben Michaelis, a New York City-based clinical psychologist and author of the book "Your Next Big Thing." Dr. Michaelis discussed “Creating a Healthy Mind.” He is a frequently featured mental health expert on The Today Show, Fox News, MSNBC and numerous national publications.
