Cub Scouts from Pack 673 at Jefferson Elementary School know that a scout should always be helpful. They demonstrated their skills by giving back to the community and helping others less fortunate. On Dec. 21 they joined forces with Girl Scout Troop 40192 to deliver a little holiday cheer to the Children’s Specialized Hospital in Mountainside, NJ. The two organizations worked with the Children’s Hospital and donated gifts that were a part of the hospital's wish list. The Scouts donated, decorated, wrapped and delivered 47 presents to the hospital and learned a thing or two about giving back.
