WESTFIELD, NJ — The unofficial results of Westfield’s town council election are in. Westfield chose four Republicans for its town council:

In Ward 1, the winner is Republican Frank Arena with 842 votes to Democrat Dan Ortolani’s 560.

In Ward 2, the winner is Republican Jo Ann Neylan, who got 611 votes. Neylan ran unopposed.

In Ward 3, the winner is Republican Mark LoGrippo with 850 votes to Democrat Marty Rothfelder’s 474.

In Ward 4, the winner is Republican Doug Stokes with 788 votes to Democrat Kim Palmieri-Mouded's 553.

These tallies include mail-in ballots.

Three candidates ran unopposed for three seats on the Westfield Board of Education — incumbent Gretchan Ohlig and newcomers Robert Garrison and Charles Ostroff.
