(February 4, 2013) –On Saturday, February 23 at 1:30 p.m., the Westfield Memorial Library will present a program on Backyard Gardening. The library is located at 550 East Broad Street.
Karen Camden, the presenter for the program, will discuss spring planting and the basics of gardening. She will cover such topics as soils, tools and how to choose the right plants. At the end of the program, participants should be able to design, plan and execute the garden of their dreams.
Ms. Camden is the President of Camden Associates, a consulting firm that provides services in Communications and People Skills, Organizational Assessments and Clutter Control. She is also an avid gardener.
The program is free and open to Westfield Memorial Library and MURAL cardholders. MURAL cardholders belong to libraries that are part of the Middlesex Union Reciprocal Agreement Libraries.
