June 26, 2017 10:25 p.m.

Officers Bagan and Santangelo arrested Andrew Zambrowski, age 27, of Perth Amboy, NJ, for possession of marijuana under 50 grams pursuant to a motor vehicle in the area of Central Avenue and Terminal Avenue (Clark Bridge). Subject was transported to headquarters, processed and released with a complaint summons.

Officers Martinez and Johnson reported to the Ocean County Jail to place Eliena Matos, age 31, of Montclair, NJ, under arrest on the strength of several outstanding municipal court warrants (Westfield, Linden, Piscataway). Subject was transported to headquarters and placed in a cell in lieu of bail.

 

June 27, 2017 7:03 p.m.

Officers Santangelo and Bagan placed Benny Reuland under arrest at Passaic County Jail on numerous outstanding warrants (Westfield total $5,000 and South Plainfield total $1,960). Subject was processed and placed in cell in lieu of bail.

 

June 27, 2017 10 p.m.

Officers Bagan and Santangelo arrested Marcella Ortis, age 23, of Westfield, NJ, for possession of marijuana under 50 grams pursuant to a motor vehicle stop in the area of Myrtle Avenue and Grandview Avenue. Subject was transported to headquarters where she was processed and released with a complaint summons.

 

June 27, 2017 10:50 p.m.

A resident of the 400 block of Springfield Avenue reported that his unlocked motor vehicle was stolen from his driveway between the hours of 8:30 p.m. and 10:45 p.m. It should be noted that the keys were left inside of motor vehicle. Vehicle was recovered on June 28, 2017 in town of Belleville.

 

June 28, 2017 10:06 p.m.

A resident of the 600 block of Hanford Place turned over a gold bracelet he found in said block of Hanford Place inscribed with a set of initials and a date. This item was seized for safekeeping.

 

June 28, 2017 9:07 p.m.

Officers Martinez and R. Johnson arrested Jamal Archer, age 35, of Lebanon, NJ, on the strength of an outstanding Westfield Municipal Court warrant in the amount of $648 pursuant to a prisoner pick-up with Clinton Township Police Department. Subject was transported to headquarters, processed and committed to Union County Jail in lieu of bail.

 

June 29, 2017 11:38 a.m.

Tiara Rogers, age 26, of East Orange, NJ, responded to Westfield Police Department to satisfy an active traffic warrant issued by Westfield Municipal Court. Subject was processed and released after posting bail.

 

June 29, 2017 2 p.m.

A business in the 100 block of Quimby Street reported the theft of two chairs from outside their business on June 26, 2017. The approximate value of the stolen chairs is $200.

 

July 1, 2017 2:36 p.m.

Ms. Nadirah Davis, age 24, of Montclair, NJ, responded to headquarters to satisfy an outstanding ATS arrest warrant issued by the Westfield Municipal Court. She was arrested on the strength of that warrant, processed and released after posting the requisite $81 bail.

 

July 1, 2017 3:28 p.m.

Mr. Joshua S. Etinger, age 25, of Westfield, NJ, responded to Westfield Police Department to satisfy an outstanding ATS warrant issued by the Westfield Municipal Court. He was arrested on the strength of the warrant, processed and released after posting the requisite $84 bail.

 

July 2, 2017 (no time given)

A resident from the 400 block of St. Marks Avenue reports being the victim of a burglary. Unknown suspect(s) gained entry to the victims residence and stole numerous items.

 

July 3, 2017 3:23 p.m.

Sonny Orlando, age 27, of Scotch Plains, NJ, responded to headquarters to satisfy an outstanding Westfield Municipal Court warrant in the amount of $89. Bail was posted in full and subject was released.

 

July 3, 2017 10:23 p.m.

Officer Bagan and Officer Forcenito arrested Craig Jacobson, age 18, of Linden, NJ, for possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia pursuant to a motor vehicle stop on East Grove Street in Garwood. Subject was transported to headquarters, processed and released with a complaint summons.
