January 25, 2017 7:17 p.m.

Officers Martinez and Johnson arrested Tyrone Felton of Riverside Avenue, Plainfield, NJ, at East Windsor Police Department on the strength of a Westfield Municipal Court warrant and a Bloomfield Municipal Court warrant. Subject transported to headquarters and placed into cell #1 in lieu of bail.

Officers Natale and Freeman arrested Robert Lyles, age 48, of Mount Holly, NJ, on the strength of a Union County Sheriff’s warrant in the amount of $2,732. Subject was transported to headquarters where he was processed and turned over to Union County Sheriff’s Office without incident.

January 27, 2017 9:44 p.m.

Officers Martinez and Natale arrested Juan J. Gonzalez, age 22, of Heather Way, Sayreville, NJ, was arrested on the strength of a Sayreville Municipal Court warrant in the amount of $900 pursuant to a motor vehicle stop in the area of Central Avenue and Park Street. Subject transported to headquarters, processed and turned over to Sayreville Police Department.

January 27, 2017 2:03 p.m.

Officers Saunders and Santangelo arrested Starrett Hartley, age 36, at Tamaques Park on a warrant out of Linden. Hartley was released on recognizance by Linden with a court date.

January 27, 2017 5:46 p.m.

Dino Derosena, age 38, of Madison Avenue, Elizabeth, NJ, was arrested at Westfield Police Department headquarters on the strength of an outstanding Westfield Municipal Court warrant in the amount of $248. Subject was processed and released after posting full bail.

January 28, 2017 12:40 p.m.

Officers Moya and Domanoski arrested Thiago C. Ramos, age 37 of Kearny, N,J subsequent to a motor vehicle stop for an outstanding traffic warrant issued by the Harrison Municipal Court with bail set at $310. Subject was transported to Westfield Police Department, processed and released after posting the full cash bail.

January 28, 2017 4:48 p.m.

Subject reports being the victim of a theft that occurred at business located on the 1200 block of West South Avenue. Victim states that his black and silver-colored bluetooth Plantronics model M70 headset valued at approximately $42.79 was removed from his vehicle without his authorization.

January 28, 2017 5:18 p.m.

Subject reports being the victim of fraud, victim states than an unknown individual duplicated her bank card and withdrew approximately $500 from her account. There are no suspect(s) or witness(es) at this time.

January 30, 2017 8:56 a.m.

A resident of Orenda Circle reports that unknown actor(s) gained access to their vehicle between 4 p.m. on Jan. 29, 2017 and 8 a.m. on Jan. 30, 2017. The vehicle was parked and untouched in the driveway of the residence at the time. There were no signs of forced entry and nothing was taken from the vehicle.

January 30, 9:29 a.m.

A resident of Orenda Circle reports that unknown actor(s) gained access to their vehicle between 3 a.m. on Jan. 30, 2017 and 9 a.m. on Jan. 30, 2017. The vehicle was parked in the driveway of the residence and unlocked at the time. There were no signs of forced entry and nothing was reportedly taken from the vehicle.

January 30, 2017 8:09 a.m.

A resident of North Euclid Avenue, Westfield, NJ reported that unknown actor(s) gained access to their vehicle between 6 p.m. on Jan. 29, 2017 and 8 a.m. on Jan. 30, 2017. Taken from within the vehicle was one pair of black Ugg brand winter boots and one pair of L.L. Bean men’s boots. The vehicle was parked in the driveway of the residence and unlocked at the time there were no signs of forced entry to the vehicle.

January 29, 2017 6:08 p.m.

A resident of the 200 block of Cacciola Place, Westfield, reports being a victim of a theft. Victim states that his blue colored 26” Schwinn bicycle was removed from his front yard of his residence without his authorization. The approximate value of the theft is $150.

January 30, 2017 4:17 p.m.

Officer Jaramillo and Officer Moya arrested Marco Moreno-Aguirre, age 27, of North Plainfield, NJ for possession of a controlled dangerous substance (marijuana) under 50 grams pursuant to a motor vehicle stop in the area of West Broad Street and Graymill Drive in Scotch Plains. Subject was transported to Westfield Police headquarters where he was processed and released on a summons.

January 30, 2017 5:46 p.m.

A resident of the 500 block of Mountain Avenue reports that unknown actor(s) gained access to his vehicle between 6 p.m. on Jan. 29, 2017 and 8 a.m. on Jan. 30, 2017. Taken from within the vehicle was approximately $5-$10 in loose change. The vehicle was parked in the driveway of the residence and unlocked at the time. There were no signs of forced entry to the vehicle.

January 30, 2017 8:27 a.m.

A 2013 Acura was stolen from Dudley Court. The victim reports parking the vehicle on the 500 block of Dudley Court at 7:30 p.m. on Jan. 29, 2017. The victim stated that the vehicle contained several personal items including a Dell laptop computer, multiple articles of clothing and eight pairs of shoes and boots. The vehicle is valued at $31,000 and its contents were valued at $3,940.

January 30, 2017 2:40 p.m.

A resident of Lawrence Avenue reports unknown actor(s) gained access to their vehicle and removed a brown, orange and beige satchel and a fur poncho between the hours of 5:30 p.m. on Jan. 29, 2016 and 8:40 a.m. on Jan. 30, 2017. The approximate value of the stolen property is $1,030. There were no signs of forced entry to the vehicle. The vehicle was parked in front of the residence and unlocked at the time.

January 31, 2017 1:03 p.m.

Officers Domanoski and McCarthy responded to Roselle Police Department to pick up Roche Landolf, age 30, of Roselle, NJ, who was being held on a criminal Westfield warrant with bail set at $736. Subject also had two warrants from Cranford Police Department with a total bail of $200. Mr. Landolf was transported to Westfield Police Department, processed and held pending bail or commitment to Union County Jail.

January 31, 2017 5:57 p.m.

Ibn Kirkland, age 28, of Newark, NJ, was arrested on the strength of an outstanding warrant for her arrest from Westfield Municipal Court in the amount of $575. Subject was processed and posted bail.

January 31, 2017 7:25 p.m.

Stephen Lebron, age 49, of Plainfield, NJ, was arrested on the strength of an outstanding warrant for his arrest from Westfield Municipal Court in the amount of $818. Subject unable to post bail. Subject processed and committed to Union County Jail.
