Westfield Police Blotter: Multiple Possession Arrests Made in Town & More

March 15, 2017 9:08 p.m.

Officers Martinez and Johnson arrested Trenton Boyer, Jr. age 26, of Linden, NJ, on the strength of a Westfield Municipal Court warrant in the amount of $294 and a Roselle Park Municipal Court warrant in the amount of $100 at Linden Police Department. Subject was transported to headquarters where he was processed and released on his own recognizance.

Officers Martinez and Johnson arrested Kendall Ruiz, age 27, of Irvington, NJ, for possession of marijuana under 50 grams pursuant to a motor vehicle stop in the 500 block of South Avenue West. The passenger in the vehicle, Earl Jacobs, age 41, of Newark, NJ, was also arrested on the strength of an outstanding warrant from Roselle Park Municipal Court. Both subjects were transported to headquarters. Ruiz was released with a summons and Jacobs was released after posting bail.

Officers Santangelo and Bagan arrested Ahman Kamara, age 27, of New Brunswick, NJ, on the strength of an outstanding warrant issued by Westfield Municipal Court in the amount of $1,000 pursuant to a prisoner pick-up at Middlesex County Jail. Subject was transported to headquarters, where he was processed and placed in a jail cell in lieu of bail.

March 17, 2017 9:33 a.m.

Officers Gill and Jaramillo arrested Magdaline Loiseau, age 41, of Roselle, NJ, on the strength of an outstanding traffic warrant issued by Rahway Municipal Court with bail set at $250 subsequent to a motor vehicle stop in the area of Central Avenue and Washington Street. Subject was transported to Westfield Police Department, processed and released on recognizance by Rahway Police Department.

Officers Gill and Jaramillo arrested Dominic Agnese, age 40, of Garwood, NJ, on an outstanding traffic warrant issued Garwood Municipal Court with bail set at $300 subsequent to a motor vehicle stop. Subject was transported to Westfield Police Department, processed and turned over to Garwood Police Department.

March 18, 2017 5:38 p.m.

Stephen D. Ojomo, age 33, of Roselle, NJ, was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $192 out of West New York Municipal Court pursuant to a motor vehicle stop in the area of South Avenue and Sussex Street. Subject was transported to Westfield Police Department headquarters where he was processed and released after posting bail.

March 18, 2017 11:49 p.m.

Charles M. Newsome, age 31, of Elizabeth, NJ, was arrested on the strength of an outstanding Westfield Municipal Court warrant in the amount of $341 pursuant to a prisoner pick-up at the Elizabeth Police Department. Subject was transported to Westfield Police Department headquarters here he was processed and held in lieu of bail.

Officers McCarthy and Kenny arrested Uriah Summers, age 28, of Plainfield, NJ, on an outstanding warrant issued by the Westfield Municipal Court with bail set at $250. Subject was transported from Plainfield Police Department to Westfield Police Department where he was processed. Subject was unable to post bail and committed to Union County Jail.

Christopher Gacta, age 46, of Brick, NJ, was arrested on two outstanding warrants for his arrest, one from Tinton Falls Municipal Court in the amount of $1,500 and one from Holmdel Municipal Court in the amount of $1,500. Subject was arrested, processed and posted bail.

March 20, 2017 6:35 p.m.

Ajai Naicken, age 35, of Plainfield, NJ, was arrested on the strength of an outstanding warrant for his arrest from Westfield Municipal Court in the amount of $89. Subject was processed and posted bail.

March 21, 2017 11:06 p.m.

Officers Natale and Santangelo arrested Derek C. Wanfrigo, age 26, of Westfield, NJ, for possession of marijuana under 50 grams pursuant to a motor vehicle stop in the area of East Dudley avenue near Elm Street. Subject was transported to headquarters, processed and released on a summons.

March 22, 2017 12:05 a.m.

Officers Martinez and Johnson arrested Michelle Rochinsky, age 24, of Union, NJ, for possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. Subject was transported to headquarters where she was processed and released with a summons.
