WESTFIELD, NJ — Westfield Police Chief David Wayman announced Saturday evening that hazardous weather is expected overnight and into Sunday.

Three to eight inches of snow, high winds (25 to 30 miles per hour with gusts up to 50 miles per hour) and dangerous wind chills of zero to -10 degrees are expected.

Travel could be very difficult and blizzard conditions are possible. Wayman asked residents to please avoid all unnecessary travel.
