WESTFIELD, NJ — It could be at least three years before the Stop & Shop grocery store downtown carries out its planned expansion.

Anthony Tiller is Westfield's fire chief. He will take the oath of office at the Town Council's next meeting.

Some sweet sounds rocked the downtown this week at the opening of an annual music festival held Tuesday nights in the summertime.
