On Saturday December 3rd at 7pm Westfield Symphony will present their second annual Home for the Holidays concert which is once again guaranteed to make the season merry. Join Maestro David Wroe, WSO musicians and guest choirs for a family festival of symphonic pops, traditional and contemporary songs and music, sing-a-longs and more.

This special holiday concert will sparkle with seasonal delights and symphonic classics. From Hollywood favorites such as Sleigh Ride and March of the Toy Soldiers to Nutcracker selections, movie themes, choral favorites and holiday classics (complete with song sheet), this concert is sure to please the young and not so young alike.

This year’s concert also features over eighty voices from the Westfield High School Concert Choir and Bella Cora for a magnificent presentation of Donald Fraser’s This Christmastide, a poignant composition originally written as a gift for the renowned American legend Jessye Norman.

This seasonal stroll of timeless masterpieces and sentimental holiday favorites is sure to bring joy, smiles, and holiday memories to all. The concert will take place in the exquisitely decorated Presbyterian Church in Westfield, 140 Mountain Avenue, and will finish at approximately 8:45pm. Tickets prices range from $25 to $70 for adults and there is a special discount price of only $12 for students K-12 making this event a perfect start to the holiday season for the entire family.
