WESTFIELD, NJ — The Franklin Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) will hold its annual fall Pumpkin Fair on Saturday, Oct. 25, from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. at the school, 700 Prospect St. The event, which is open to the public, will be held rain or shine.
"The Franklin Pumpkin Fair is a long-standing tradition which promises to be fun for the entire family,” said Franklin PTO President Clarissa Taylor. “It is always an incredible day for Franklin, with close to 1,000 attendees from all around the area. I have many fond memories from the fair from long ago, when I was a student here.''
The fair will feature carnival-style games, inflatables, face painting, glitter tattoos, creepy crafts a musical cookie walk. Participants can enter a raffle for gift baskets, win goldfish to take home and enjoy plenty of food, such as cotton candy, pizza, hotdogs, beverages and baked treats.
All proceeds will benefit the Franklin PTO.
