Enjoy the final evening of Sweet Sounds on Aug. 27 to complete the 23rd annual season with four performances at different locations throughout the downtown from 7-9 p.m. This weekly summer event is brought to you by The Downtown Westfield Corporation (DWC). There will be a rain date on Wednesday.
Due to the popularity of the pedestrian-only Quimby Street location, we have moved the North Avenue venue to Quimby Street at the corner of Elm Street.
Performers at this week’s festival include: La Balteuband, Central Avenue in front of Turning Point; Exit Row Band, Elm Street on the lawn of the First Baptist Church; The renowned Jazz Lobsters, Quimby Street at the corner of Elm Street; and The Thingama Jigs on the corner of South Avenue West and Westfield Ave.
While enjoying the musical performances of “Sweet Sounds Downtown,” enjoy dining at one of Westfield’s fine restaurants or shop and stroll through downtown. We hope to see you downtown!
