The winter menu has arrived at Oh’ Brian’s on the Green just in time to meet the temperatures of the season. Diners looking to enjoy comforting winter dishes in a great environment need look no further.
The new seasonal menu includes starters like a Butternut Squash Toast served with burrata, honey and mint. On the Small Plates section of the menu is a potato pancake dished up with fried brussel sprouts, maple syrup, apple butter, sour cream and dried cherries.
Meat lovers are sure to appreciate the new Steak Frites: a fresh cut of the day served with hand sliced fries, steak sauce, and seasonal vegetables.
Guests in search of a sandwich are sure to love the new Roasted Cauliflower Sandwich decked out with fried capers, cherry jam, Greek yogurt, and baby arugula.
Oh’ Brian’s is serving up the perfect accompaniment to these new dishes. 'Along Came Cider' features Tito's handmade vodka, apple cider encircled in a caramel cinnamon sugar rimmed glass. The Maple Old Fashioned includes Bullet bourbon, orange bitters and a hint of maple syrup. Another seasonal selection is the Spiced Pear Mojito with Grey Goose poire, fresh squeezed lime, cinnamon and fresh mint.
