First Congregational Church of Westfield is pleased to host a free webinar on Sunday, April 25, 2021 at 3 p.m. with special guest Patricia Dulinski, a local Westfield resident and family law practitioner.
Attendees will be guided through the ins and outs of simple estate planning, including three essential documents: Last Will and Testament, Durable Power of Attorney and Living Will. During the presentation, Patricia will explain the importance of a Will for any person who owns property and/or has children. She will also discuss creating a Letter of Instruction that should be included for the Executor/Executrix's future reference, as well as the difference between a general Power of Attorney and a Durable Power of Attorney and why one is usually preferable. Finally, she will cover the importance of having a Living Will and the circumstances surrounding when it would come into play.
All are welcome to attend this virtual estate planning session. Registration for the Zoom event is required. Please reserve your spot with the First Congregational Church Office by calling 908-233-2494 by Friday, April 23 at 2 p.m. or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org by Saturday, April 23 at 3 p.m. The Zoom link for the session will be emailed by Saturday evening.
