Westfield Area YMCA Kids Expo

The Westfield Area YMCA Free Kids Expo will be held 1 - 4 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 22 at the Westfield Area YMCA Main Facility, 220 Clark Street. 

This event will be jam-packed with active indoor fun and information stations. Activities includes t-ball and basketball sports stations, the inflatable obstacle course, arts & crafts activities and carnival games.

Overlook Medical Center staff will be hosting a Teddy Bear Clinic to teach kids what doctors do to care for patients (bring a stuffed animal!).

The Westfield Area YMCA Dance Academy will offer 30 minute sample classes during the event: 1:30 p.m. Little Movers for ages 3-5; 2:30 p.m. Jazz/Hip Hop for ages 6+; and 3:30 p.m. Musical Theater/Drama for ages 6+. During the Expo, meet the Flyers Track and Field coaches and register for the spring season. All athletes that register during the event receive a free Flyers giveaway. 

Visit the Camp Open House to learn more about the Y’s ACA-accredited traditional, sports, S.T.E.A.M (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math), leadership and travel camps for campers ages 3-15 years.

Sponsor information stations will include Home Depot, Oceans Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry and Edward Jones to discuss 529 college savings plans. Family swim will follow the Expo 4 - 5 p.m.
