Out Run Your Fork is hosting a morning of fitness to benefit Spectrum360, an autism education non-profit. This event is open to the public and 100 percent of donations from ticket sales and merchandise will go to Spectrum360. In addition to fitness classes such as bootcamp, yoga, metabolic workouts, spinning and Zumba, there will be snacks and refreshments.
