Clark Business Administrator Says Closing Date Set for Former A&P Property

November 12, 2018

CLARK, NJ – A closing on the sale of the former site of the A&P on Westfield Avenue is set for January 2019 according to John Laezza, Clark’s business administrator. 

This comes after Mayor Bonaccorso initiated legal proceedings toward condemnation in February and the Clark Planning Board ultimately recommended condemnation in August.

Westfield Police Blotter: Two Warrant Arrests

Nov. 6 at 1:38 a.m.

Westfield officers arrested Kaja Blown, 23, of South Plainfield at South Plainfield police department on an outstanding warrant out of Westfield Municipal Court, police said. The warrant was for $851, according to police. She was taken to Westfield Police headquarters, where she was processed pending a court date, police said.
