As a Westfield resident, father of a current student, and someone who has known Justin Fahey for the last few years, I proudly support his election to the Westfield Board of Education.
Today, kids and parents are faced with scary realities in regard to school safety and security. The incident at Tamaques earlier this year showed us that. I, perhaps like many parents, felt powerless. Voting for a candidate who avidly puts safety as one of his highest priorities is one way I can do something.
Justin’s experience as Jefferson’s PTO vice-president, chair of several school fundraisers as well as Jefferson’s first community service day combined with his passion of school safety, the importance of drug education to help keep our kids drug-free, and the well-being of all children in Westfield schools is why he’s getting my vote on Nov. 5.
