WESTFIELD, NJ — Looking for a chance to tango with Morticia and Gomez? Would you like to do the Mamushka with Uncle Fester? The town announced it is providing this opportunity.

Ticket sales start Friday for what the town is billing as “Morticia and Gomez’s Masquerade Ball” set for Saturday, Oct. 19, at the James Ward Mansion.

“This party is back after a sold-out inaugural year,” said the news release from the town. “Join Morticia & Gomez Addams in high style to feast on Addams-inspired gourmet fare, sip smoldering libations and dance the night away in an interactive setting.”

What to wear?

“Attire is creative formal and masks are a must,” the release said.

Councilwoman Dawn Mackey, who is chairing AddamsFest said last year’s Masquerade Ball was an amazing way to kick off the festivities.

“We are incredibly grateful for the generosity of the Wards, and we look forward to another memorable celebration – this year, enhanced with some newly interactive elements and a few surprises for everyone,” Mackey said in the release.

Lord & Taylor and the Overlook Foundation are sponsoring the event. Tickets are $125 per person with a limit of four per transaction. Visit this link to purchase them beginning on Friday at 8 p.m.

Ticketing details for the rest of the AddamsFest events, including the Beer Garden, will be announced.
