On Saturday, Nov. 2 at 2 p.m., the Westfield Memorial Library will present How to Eat Well during the Holidays. The library is located at 550 East Broad Street.
It's no secret that many people have a hard time staying on track during the holiday season. In this interactive presentation, Maryanne Christiano-Mistretta, an author and award-winning journalist and public speaker with a great passion for health and nutrition, will focus on eating healthfully and offer simple health tips, as well as a healthy dish to sample.
Audience members will be able to enjoy the holiday season by striking a balance between staying true to a healthy lifestyle, while joining in the fun with a few treats.
Christiano-Mistretta is the former editor of NJ Health and Fitness magazine and the writer of a health column called Here's to your Health. Her work was published in Skinny News Magazine.
