The Confidence Over Cravings Group offers a compelling new way for you to explore your personal relationship with overeating, weight and negative body image from a completely different perspective. 

Using evidence-based tools and strategies from the fields of Eating Psychology, Intuitive Eating, Neuroscience, Mind-Body Nutrition and Weight, combined with more than a decade of Psychological Counseling skills and techniques, we can begin to form a holistic view of your life story and heal your relationship with food. 

Group members will learn why diets fail, why we overeat, the impact of dieting on our body and emotions and how to make sense of all this from their own unique perspective. There are so many reasons we eat that have nothing to do with hunger.
