WESTFIELD, NJ — Eamon Lawlor logged a solid time in the Downtown Westfield 5K Run & Pizza Extravaganza Wednesday — 30:22.09 — but is now racing to find the wedding ring he believes he lost while running the course.

Lawlor, 44, of Colonia, believes the ring may have slipped out of his running pouch near the Westfield train station in the area of Limani Seafood Grill on North Avenue.

“As you can imagine, I am beside myself and have been trying to trace my steps with hope to locate it,” Lawlor told TAPinto Westfield. “It is a men’s silver wedding ring with the 4-29-06 date inscribed inside.”
