WESTFIELD, NJ — Now would be a good time to bring in those deck chairs.

A National Weather Service wind advisory in effect from noon Wednesday until midnight for Union County and surrounding areas warns of winds from 15 to 25 mph with gusts of up to 50 mph.

“Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects,” the Weather Service statement said. “Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.”

The Weather Service put the chance of precipitation at 20% Wednesday with the possibility of both rain and snow.

Wind chill values are predicted at between 20 and 30 degrees, the Weather Service said.
