ANNANDALE, NJ — Colonia High’s varsity football team suffered its first season loss, 33-7, on the road Friday night against North Hunterdon High School.

The Patriots (5-1) won five consecutive games to open the season, and had a fast start against the North Hunterdon Lions (5-1).

CARTERET, NJ — The Rambers varsity football team scored all its touchdowns before halftime Friday night, ending up with 42-6 victory over J.P. Stevens High School on the Edison school’s gridiron.

WOODBRIDGE, NJ —The Woodbridge girls tennis team took care of Piscataway without losing a set, finishing off a 5-0 victory on Thursday.

Minniti and Esteves Score to Rally Union Catholic Boys Soccer Team to Victory Over Roselle

ROSELLE, NJ -- Preston Minniti and Anthony Esteves scored second half goals to propel the Union Catholic boys soccer team to a 2-1 comeback victory over Roselle on Wednesday.

After Roselle took a 1-0 lead, Minniti scored to tie the game in the fist half, and then Esteves scored the game winner in the second half for the Vikings, who improved to 3-5 on the season.
