YORKTOWN, N.Y. - The Yorktown Chamber of Commerce’s 10th annual Yorktown Festival and Street Fair, an autumn tradition that draws thousands of residents and out-of-towners, was held Sunday, Oct. 7.

Throughout the day, nearly 200 vendors lined Commerce Street, Veterans Road and Jack DeVito Veterans Memorial Field. Highlighting the festival was a senior luncheon, a dog costume parade and a cupcake eating contest. Festivalgoers also gave the gift of life by participating in the American Red Cross blood drive inside the Albert A. Capellini Community and Cultural Center. Kids of all ages enjoyed rides, attractions and food provided by Funtime Amusements Inc. There was also live entertainment throughout the day on the main stage.
