YORKTOWN, N.Y. – The Triangle Shopping Center will soon have another burger joint.
Pow! Burger is slated to open at 96 Triangle Center just two months after Jake’s Wayback Burgers closed its doors. The company, owned by Ray Sinanaj and Dave Rully, has had an existing restaurant on Main Street in New Rochelle for five years. The company also has a food truck.
Sinanaj described Pow! Burger as a place to “get a great burger and enjoy a family atmosphere.” He said, similar to Jake’s Wayback Burgers, it is a quick-serve restaurant.
Sinanaj and Rully, currently doing painting and cosmetic work at the restaurant, are shooting for an Aug. 15 opening.
“We want to be open before school starts,” Sinanaj said.
Sinanaj, who recently moved to Somers, said he chose the space because there are a lot of families in Northern Westchester that he would like to serve.
