YORKTOWN, N.Y. – The Hudson Gateway Realtor Foundation, the charitable arm of the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors, recently presented a check for $2,000 to Support Connection, a Yorktown Heights-based charity. “We are so thankful to the Hudson Gateway Realtor Foundation for their support,” said Katherine Quinn, executive director of Support Connection. “Our professional peer counselors are all cancer survivors who can answer questions about living with cancer from the unique perspective of someone who’s been there.”

Founded in 1996, Support Connection is based in Yorktown Heights, but through its toll-free services, it helps people across the country. Services include: One-on-one counseling with professional counselors who are cancer survivors; ongoing peer-to-peer support groups; educational and wellness programs; webinars; social gatherings for cancer survivors; information and referral services; a toll-free cancer information and support hotline. “Every single article of clothing you own is laid out on our bed,” he replied. “So I have to assume you are either leaving me or you have joined the armed services and if that’s the ...

I was wondering just what new laws he would propose? How many more laws are needed? How about enforcing the numerous laws already on the books, which, by the way, isn’t being done?
