YORKTOWN, N.Y. - A married couple from White Sulphur Springs, N.Y.—a hamlet in Liberty, Sullivan County—was charged earlier this month with multiple counts of felony burglary, according to the Yorktown Police Department.

Following an investigation, police allege that Joseph C. Koelpin, 49, and Rosenete S. Koelpin, 51, burgled a Barkley Lane residence on two separate occasions in October and December of 2015. The Koeplins turned themselves in at Yorktown police headquarters on Feb. 4.

Joseph and Rosenete were each charged with two counts of second-degree burglary, a class C felony.

They were arraigned by Justice Gary Raniolo, who set $5,000 bail for Rosenete and ordered Joseph held without bail. They were both transported to Westchester County Jail.
