YORKTOWN, N.Y. - A teenager from Tarrytown was arrested Sunday for allegedly selling heroin on multiple occasions in Yorktown, according to the Yorktown Police Department.
Anthony E. Delosangeles, 19, was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both felonies, according to police.
Police allege that Delosangeles sold heroin to another person on two separate dates in December in January. He was arrested around 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 22, while at Westchester County Jail on unrelated narcotics charges, according to police.
The arrest was the result of an investigation by the Yorktown PD, the Westchester County Drug Task Force and the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office.
