Photos: Mohegan Lake Fire Department Candy Cane Run

MOHEGAN LAKE, N.Y. - On Saturday, Dec. 8, the Mohegan Lake Fire Department held its annual Candy Cane Run. Santa, along with volunteers from the department, stopped by dozens of neighborhoods, handing out candy canes and posing for pictures with excited children.

YORKTOWN, N.Y. – On Sunday, Santa Claus once again teamed up with the Yorktown Heights Volunteer Fire Department to hand out candy canes to local families at nearly every intersection in town.

Yorktown Smoke Shop Owner Accused of Selling Tobacco Products to Minor

YORKTOWN, N.Y. - Xuefang Liu, the 41-year-old owner of Rock's Smoke Shop on Commerce Street, is accused of selling tobacco products to a 14-year-old, according to the Yorktown Police Department.
