YORKTOWN, N.Y. - A 66-year-old Cortlandt Manor man is accused of stealing $14,623.48 from a Yorktown car dealership over the course of a year, according to the Yorktown Police Department.

Between April 12, 2017 and April 10, 2018, Thomas V. Rubino is accused of making fraudulent merchandise returns and removing cash from the register at Curry Honda on Crompond Road, police said. He was arrested around 3:43 p.m.Tuesday and charged with third-degree grand larceny, a D felony.

Rubino was released without bail. He is due back in Yorktown Justice Court on Tuesday, May 22.
